Nuestro cliente es una organización global del sector salud especializada en soluciones de simulación y educación médica, enfocada en mejorar la preparación clínica y la seguridad del paciente. Diseña y comercializa dispositivos médicos no invasivos utilizados en entrenamiento de profesionales de la salud, combinando innovación, rigor científico y un fuerte enfoque educativo.

Descripción

- Proporcionar soporte y capacitación a los clientes para el uso adecuado de los productos.

- Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.

- Gestionar el territorio asignado, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y el desarrollo sostenido de cuentas clave.

- Ejecutar ventas consultivas de simuladores médicos, entendiendo necesidades clínicas y académicas del cliente.

- Realizar demostraciones técnicas y clínicas de producto, explicando su aplicación desde un enfoque end-to-end.

- Capacitar a médicos, profesores, enfermeras, paramédicos y personal de salud en el uso correcto de las soluciones.

- Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con facultades de medicina y enfermería, hospitales y centros de entrenamiento.

- Comunicar con claridad conceptos de anatomía y fisiología relacionados con el uso del producto.

- Identificar oportunidades de negocio dentro del territorio y generar pipeline comercial.

- Actuar como especialista de producto, siendo el referente técnico frente a stakeholders clínicos y académicos.

Perfil buscado

- Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Territory Manager, Product Specialist o rol similar en dispositivos médicos.

- Experiencia comprobable en la venta de simuladores médicos o equipos médicos de nicho altamente técnicos.

- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud; Medicina altamente preferida (enfermería o áreas afines aceptables).

- Sólidos conocimientos de anatomía y fisiología, con capacidad para explicar órganos y sistemas en contexto clínico.

- Experiencia en ventas consultivas de soluciones técnicas (cardiovascular, diagnóstico, quirúrgico, imagen o simulación).

- Capacidad para interactuar y generar credibilidad con stakeholders 100% clínicos y académicos.

- Perfil técnico-científico, analítico y orientado a la enseñanza del producto.

- Inglés intermedio para lectura técnica y comunicación básica.
