Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities also include providing outstanding customer service, delivering training sessions to clients on products, and contributing to overall sales management efforts to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, ensuring clear interactions and effective problem-solving with clients and team members
  • Experience in creating and implementing Sales strategies and achieving targets
  • Proficiency in Training and Sales Management, with the goal of educating clients and improving sales performance
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and foster customer satisfaction
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Background in sales within the packaging or related industries is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
