En Yanbal México buscamos al próximo Business Development Manager para CDMX

Tu misión será clara: impulsar el crecimiento y la expansión, acompañando y desarrollando a nuestras Líderes Empresarias para que logren resultados extraordinarios y cumplan con el Business Plan.

Tu papel en la estrategia será clave:

- Detectar oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión en tu zona.
- Ser el coach comercial de nuestras Líderes Empresarias, ayudándolas a llevar sus negocios al siguiente nivel.
- Asegurar que la estrategia comercial se viva en el día a día y se convierta en resultados.
- Ser responsable directo del crecimiento en ventas y de abrir camino a nuevos negocios.

Lo que nos encantaría ver en ti.

- Formación en Ingeniería Comercial, Industrial, Administración o carreras afines (aunque lo que más valoramos es tu experiencia real y tu capacidad de liderar).
- 5 a 8 años de experiencia desarrollando personas, guiando equipos y haciéndolos crecer contigo.
- Un liderazgo cercano, más de mentor que de jefe: inspirador, comunicativo, organizado y con visión estratégica.
- Experiencia en ventas de campo (si conoces el mundo de la venta directa, eso te hace brillar aún más).
- Conocimiento de tu zona (CDMX) y la habilidad de moverte con soltura en ella.
