Revenue Operations Manager

About the Role
We are a growing, founder-led digital marketing agency that works with mid-market and enterprise clients.
This role exists to help create consistent, qualified sales opportunities by improving and managing our existing lead generation channels.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on iteration, coordination, and accountability — not a branding or creative-first position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead Generation & Channel Improvement
You will actively work on improving performance across our current channels, including:
- Cold email: collaborating with our outbound partner to review targeting, messaging, and replies, and iterating based on results
- Social content (LinkedIn and potentially Twitter): planning content themes and directions, and coordinating execution with our internal team
- Inbound & other channels: ensuring all leads are reviewed, followed up on, and properly qualified
The goal is not to “do everything,” but to make each channel better over time.
Lead Generation & Channel Management
You will be responsible for managing and improving performance across our existing lead channels, with a focus on execution, follow-up, and continuous improvement.
This includes
- Cold email: working directly with our outbound partner to review targeting, messaging, replies, and follow-up; identifying what is and isn’t working and iterating regularly
- Social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit Etc.): planning content themes and directions, coordinating execution with our internal team, and reviewing performance to refine what gets posted
- Website & inbound leads: Managing and tracking all leads that come through our website
Ensuring every inbound lead is reviewed, followed up on, and properly qualified. Maintaining clear visibility into where leads come from, how they move through the pipeline, and where they drop off
A key part of this role is protecting the founder’s time by ensuring only qualified opportunities move forward.
Reporting & Communication
- Maintain clear tracking of leads, sources, and outcomes
- Provide a concise weekly update covering
- Leads received
- Qualified opportunities
- Calls booked
- Key observations or issues
This role works closely with the founder to surface insights and keep lead generation organized and predictable.
What This Role Does Not Include
- Closing sales or running sales calls
- Setting pricing or service packages
- Managing paid advertising campaigns
- Brand strategy or long-term positioning work
This role focuses on execution and improvement, not closing or high-level strategy.
Who This Role Is a Good Fit For

- A revenue or growth operations manager at a small agency or service business
- A demand generation or outbound-focused marketer working with high-ticket services
- An SDR or similar role in a small or mid-sized company, especially where lead volume was limited but high value
You should be comfortable with
