Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join our team at Marine Corps Community Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Supervise and train a team of maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of four years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of work methods and practices of various building trades.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred.
