We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Reach International Consulting in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including travel arrangements, meeting documentation, and general office tasks.
- Handle liaison matters with external partners and suppliers.
- Translate documents from English to Spanish.
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a secretary/assistant/administrator role.
- Degree-level education.
- Knowledge of the SOFOM industry or background in law.
- Start-up or scale-up experience.
- Fluent and clear spoken English.
Working Conditions:
Permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of $15,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month.
Ability to commute or relocate to Mexico City.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 years' experience as an assistant/secretary required.
- Fluent English required.
Work Location: In-person work at our office in Mexico City.
