Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide executive support and administrative services to our senior management team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning and performing a variety of administrative tasks, including creating presentations, spreadsheets, charts, reports, and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and perform executive support and administrative services of a confidential nature.
- Create presentations, spreadsheets, charts, reports, and databases to support senior management's needs.
- Act as a project manager for special initiatives assigned by senior management.
- Read, research, route senior management's correspondence, meeting requests, and other time commitments.
- Coordinate key business meetings and events on behalf of senior management.
- Responsible for senior management's travel coordination and expense reports.
- Responsible for DSP functions within the department.
- Perform other essential and related duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university plus 5 years previous administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.
- Advanced experience required in MS Office, including MS Project.
- Experience with ERP software.
- Ability to accommodate quick changes in work priorities and schedules.
- Comfortable working with sensitive/confidential information.
- Overtime required, sometimes on short notice.
