Job Summary: The Pediatric Patient Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional patient support services to patients and families in pediatric care. This role will involve answering incoming calls, registering new patients, verifying insurance coverage, and setting up patient appointments. You will also be responsible for documenting patient information and communicating with clinics and other business offices as needed.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location: Monterrey, N.L., Mexico
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and welcome patients with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Register new patients by gathering pertinent information and entering it into our electronic medical record system.
- Verify insurance coverage and information.
- Set up patient appointments and identify future visits.
- Document patient information and communicate with clinics and other business offices as needed.
- Collect necessary information over the phone to facilitate timely and accurate physician follow-up.
- Complete clinical referrals requested by telephone contact for provider approval.
- Directly assist patients, caregivers, and family members with clinical and non-clinical inquiries.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Location: Monterrey, N.L., Mexico
- Availability to work at the office for the first two weeks of training
- A friendly, positive, and caring attitude
- Call center or customer care experience preferred
- High school degree or equivalent
