Job Description:

Operations Process Improvement Lead - Supply Chain & Manufacturing

The Senior Director, Strategic Execution & Systems, will oversee the Manager, Supply Chain & Ops, who will be responsible for driving the success of Genie's top and bottom-line growth through the development, improvement, and sustenance of global supply chain and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global supply chain and ops strategy, enabling capabilities, and program execution.
  • Lead the development of the process excellence framework for the Supply Chain & Ops group, defining standards and execution of measurement, audit, and improvement.
  • Build and lead a global supply chain and ops process team with structured global, regional, and local leaders.
  • Drive the deployment of industry-leading portfolio, program, and project tools and deployment.
  • Develop and lead a team of 1-3 business process analysts focused on process excellence, continuous improvement, and business transformation enablement.
  • Support the development of a global supply chain and ops management system, including policies, key performance indicators, and process metrics.
  • Maintain supply chain and ops policy, standard work, and decision-making framework to drive successful implementation, results, and sustainment.

This role will act as the process leader for the relevant supply chain and operations scope, partnering with global and regional supply chain, materials, manufacturing, and ops, and project leadership to successfully deliver projects and drive change management.

The ideal candidate will have strong connections with internal and external customers to identify and prioritize strategic capabilities and continuous improvement at both the global and regional levels.
