About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Cemex as a Cultural Development Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in driving and empowering a vibrant organizational culture.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating strategies to promote cultural change within the organization, working closely with different stakeholders to co-create tailored approaches that align with organizational objectives and values.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Take ownership of creating strategies to promote cultural change within the organization, working closely with different stakeholders to co-create tailored approaches that align with organizational objectives and values.
  • Content Creation: Design and develop engaging content to support organizational culture initiatives, effectively communicating key messages and driving engagement.
  • Co-Creation and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create and refine deliverables that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Consultant and Advisor: Work closely with different teams to understand their needs, demands, and requirements, monitoring progress, gathering feedback, sharing recommendations, and designing strategies as needed to ensure impact.
Position Challenges
  • Ability to interpret information to produce deliverables quickly.
  • Co-create with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
  • Design and create innovative audiovisual materials.
  • Identify opportunities for improving culture processes and implement necessary changes.
  • Coordinate different projects simultaneously.

  • Keep up with all ongoing projects.
  • Help with events organization.
Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: English C1 Level (TOEFL ITP >=550, TOEFL BT >=80, IELTS >=7 or equivalent)
  • Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration.
    • Great communication and writing skills.
    • Design skills.
  • Desire:
    • Experience in digital projects.
    • Experience in Organizational Communication.
    • Experience working in teams.
    • Experience giving service to different stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge designing and creating high-impact PowerPoint Presentations, Canva, Sway documents, and other similar tools.
    • Knowledge with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design kit tools.
    • Knowledge editing, designing, and creating videos.
    • Knowledge designing and creating communications elements.
    • Knowledge creating and designing communication strategies.
