Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and integration planning.

  • Contribute to the development of valuation models, financial projections, and investment metrics to support M&A and business development initiatives.
  • Participate in project work streams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Assist in developing materials for top management meetings, including Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and other events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, plus 2 years of work experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related field.
  • Advanced English language skills (C1/C2 or TOEFL/IELTS equivalent).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
