Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and develop strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
- Monitor contract conditions, payment terms, and sales figures to optimize business performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, credit notes, and statistics to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and technology managers to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement customer service satisfaction surveys to measure and improve customer experience.
- Prepare and send quotations, sales presentations, and reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Business school background or commercial training.
- Practical experience in sales departments, preferably in a similar role.

- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP R/3.
