Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and develop strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Monitor contract conditions, payment terms, and sales figures to optimize business performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, credit notes, and statistics to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and technology managers to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement customer service satisfaction surveys to measure and improve customer experience.
  • Prepare and send quotations, sales presentations, and reports to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
