Enterprise Account Manager RUCKUS

In today's fast-paced business environment, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers is crucial for success.
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our RUCKUS team in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue within the CALA region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to establish and grow RUCKUS presence within existing and new customers in the territory.
- Grow incremental revenue through the management of sales initiatives in the territory.
- Deliver regular forecast and pipeline updates to the RUCKUS sales management team.
- Implement and manage marketing and promotional campaigns throughout the territory.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Planning Sessions with the sales team and strategic partners.
- Identify opportunities for new business and expansion into untapped markets.
- Prepare Account Plans for large critical accounts where RUCKUS will derive recurrent business.
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering or Computer Science; or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years or more of in-person selling experience, with at least 5 years in Wi-Fi and LAN enterprise grade technologies.
- Proficient in English and Spanish Language (written and spoken).
- Experience selling to and business relationships with Service Providers in Mexico.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent planning and follow-up skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies across a matrix organization, at all levels within RUCKUS.
- Displays exceptional personal and business ethics and moral character.
- Willing to travel to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and management of daily activities through CRM applications.
