Senior Director, Away from Home

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving business growth and expansion. As Senior Director, you will lead the development and implementation of our Away from Home franchise strategy in Mexico.
  • You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Costa Coffee business within Mexico Franchise Retail, including ensuring successful launches of coffee shops and adherence to brand and company standards.
  • Key areas of responsibility include:
  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive retail strategy for Mexico Franchise Retail
  2. Managing all elements of the Costa Coffee business within Mexico Franchise Retail
  3. Collaborating with global teams to develop and manage F&B menus
  4. Driving sales growth and LFL sales with Santa Clara
  5. Achieving NSO targets through accelerated store growth of existing MEX business
  6. Managing poor-performing franchisees through SMART action planning and taking action on failure to achieve plans
  7. Driving LfL growth of sales through transaction and ATV improvement consistent with our franchise profitability goals

  11. Collaborating with Mexico GM, Americas Managing Director, Global Retail Platform team & Europe Head of Franchise Excellence to explore opportunities in creating and testing new formats using data and analysis that represent the franchisee
  12. Supporting delivery of Costa global brand standards and guest experiences across all markets
  13. Maintaining robust processes with defined KPIs to monitor franchisee performance against objectives
  14. Prioritizing strategic commercial objectives to secure commercial advantage over competitors
