Senior Sales and Service Leader for Mexico

**Job Overview**
Citi is seeking a seasoned Sales and Service professional to lead our Mexican business, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and execute a strategy to grow the business in Mexico, leveraging strong relationships with clients and partners.
Drive sales campaigns and thought leadership initiatives to increase market share and client engagement.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, working closely with product and operations teams.
Partner with Citi's global sales, coverage, and service organization to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
Assess the competition and implement strategies to maintain market leadership and customer retention.
Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and client needs.
**Qualifications:**
Proven track record of managing complex businesses and leading high-performing teams.
Strong sales and relationship management skills, with a deep understanding of Securities Services.
Results-driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in both written and conversational Spanish and English.
**Requirements:**
Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in planning and analytical skills.
Financial acumen and commercial experience required.
Knowledge of Securities Services products and capital markets.
