Genesys is a global leader in customer experience orchestration, empowering organizations to deliver exceptional experiences at scale. As a Senior Account Director, Enterprise, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction for our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed revenue, customer growth, and sales expense goals
- Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement
- Lead the sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility and predictability
- Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and represent Genesys positively
- Provide timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues
- Communicate with key customers, business partners, and executives on significant issues and accomplishments
- 6+ years of sales experience in the technology industry
- Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement
- Results-oriented achiever with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels
