The role of Sales Leader, Mexico Region, at Viatris, requires a visionary leader who can drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Mexican market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders, and motivating and training a high-performing sales team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Establish clear sales objectives and ambitious targets aligned with company goals
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders
* Motivate, train, and guide the sales team throughout the sales process
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
* MBA is highly desirable
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* Proven experience in senior leadership roles (+10 years) within the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
