About the Job

Swarovski is seeking a highly skilled PR and Communications Expert to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will play a crucial role in implementing PR and communications activities that drive brand awareness and traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR and comms strategies aligned with market activation plans, ROMI guidelines, and global policies.
  • Collaborate with media agencies to brief and orchestrate all media-related activities, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimal results.
  • Foster strong relationships with journalists, PR agencies, stylists, and local influencers to grow PR coverage and maintain brand visibility.
  • Craft and disseminate press releases to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and deliver successful marketing events for press and consumers, including product launches, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
  • Execute product placement, collaborations, and local activations in alignment with brand positioning, adhering to fiscal and legal processes.
  • Brief and manage local agencies, including Media, PR, influencer content, and Social Media partners, monitoring performance through pre-defined KPIs and ensuring contractual requirements are met.
  • Develop and enforce guidelines for brand consistency across online shops, social media channels, and partner platforms.
  • Support digital platforms, providing necessary materials and ensuring aligned communication among channels.

    About You

    We are looking for an exceptional talent who brings the following skills and qualifications:

    • University degree in PR, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
    • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fashion and retail environment.
    • Experience working with media agencies and social media platforms.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
    • English language proficiency (Intermediate-Advanced spoken and written).

    Compensation and Benefits:

    We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive health insurance plan, access to training and development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
