**Job Summary**

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to department personnel, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Receive and provide area information to ensure accurate records and updates.
- Create activity reports and graphs to visualize departmental performance and progress.
- Maintain all departmental information organized and current in the system, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- File area and/or personnel documents securely and efficiently.
- Facilitate purchasing requisitions for stationery goods and distribute to department members as needed.
- Process check requests for the department according to established procedures.
- Support the coordinator in managing personnel matters, including vacation, service anniversary, promotion, change, and other related tasks.
- Track requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Check Requests to ensure timely completion and resolution.
- Collaborate with providers to track parts repair and warranties, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Maintain the Tool Crib Parts Catalog current and up-to-date.

**Requirements**

**Knowledge Requirements**

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficiency in operating a personal computer, including using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aids and instructions.
