About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to manage global multiple projects and work teams, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders to guarantee timely project execution.

Ideal candidates possess experience in the banking, telecommunications, or IT sectors, with expertise in analyzing effectiveness and improvement management in processes. They should be able to generate metrics and executive reports related to forecast revenue and project progress. Self-directed and organized individuals who can achieve objectives and ensure crucial project activities completion are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

  1. Lead and manage a team of 9 supervisors, including operational, financial, and statistical control teams.
  2. Collaborate with Territory managers to ensure correct equipment installation and updates in Hardware and Software (ATM's).
  3. Escalate with internal departments and client urgent topics which occur within operation, promoting collaboration and information flow.
  4. Generate detailed plans for each project, establishing milestones and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Coordinate and follow up with areas involved to ensure projects are aligned with strategic business objectives.
  6. Determine project scope to guarantee clients' requirement accomplishment and respecting budget expected.
  7. Monitor progress and time management for activities completion according to the project schedule.

Data Platform Ownership:

  1. Create dashboards and statistics which reflect data analysis related to the SLA (Service Level Agreements).
  2. Invoice control and payment to suppliers.
  3. Generate financial control and analysis (revenues vs costs) for identifying projects profitability.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in administration or related field.
  2. English intermediate-advanced.
  3. +3 years of experience in projects, with a proven record in team management.
  4. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  5. Expertise in Power BI or another data analysis tool (preferred).
  6. Exceptional leadership to influence and engage others in achieving expected goals and manage conflicts effectively.
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with parties involved to make agreements that benefit the operation.
  8. Initiative-taking and ability to escalate critical situations for problem-solving.
