Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Proposal Development Specialist to join our RFP Center of Excellence team. This role will be responsible for developing clear, compelling, and accurate responses to a wide range of RFx and Tender requests.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in proposal development, with a proven track record of crafting winning proposals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Presales, and Legal teams, to research and develop responses to complex RFx requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the response effort on global RFxs for Commercial and Enterprise opportunities
- Work with Solutions Consultants, Account Executives, and other team members to craft compelling responses
- Convey sophisticated technical solutions in a highly readable, customer-oriented format
- Run kickoff/Go-No-Go discussions to define overall strategy, themes, and qualification requirements
- Refine and enhance engagement processes for responding to complex RFx
- Stay up-to-date on product releases and functionality, and reflect such releases in our RFx responses
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience coordinating, scheduling, editing, and producing proposals, statements of qualifications, reports, pre-qualifications, or presentations
- Experience in Bid Management processes, ideally in a technology environment
- Strong process and project management skills, with an ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
- Proven track record of developing strong working relations across a global organization
- A passion for crafting winning proposals, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
About the Team
