About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Alfa Laval. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
  • Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Develop and deliver technical and value quotes to customers, highlighting the unique selling points of our products and services.
  • Actively follow up on quotes to ensure customer understanding and alignment with their needs.
  • Provide direct support to customers during the quotation process, including advanced technical support and sizing & selection.
  • Utilize CRM tools and other sales platforms to support the sales process and inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in a similar position and with a network within the engineering industry or manufacturing field.
  • Robust level of customer experience and experience managing CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments.
