About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Patient Support Program Lead. As a key member of our Healthcare division, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing patient support programs that ensure safe and effective use of our medications.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise on scientific topics related to disease areas and Company assets, ensuring their safe and appropriate use by patients. You will also lead the initiation of new Patient Support Programs, submit them for approval, and implement and coordinate existing programs according to local regulations and company procedures.

You will work closely with our Medical Information Responsible and pharmacovigilance teams to ensure compliance with quality monitoring and GxP knowledge. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions will be essential in driving the success of our patient support programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide scientific expertise on disease areas and Company assets to ensure safe and effective use by patients.
  • Lead the initiation of new Patient Support Programs and submit them for approval.
  • Implement and coordinate existing Patient Support Programs according to local regulations and company procedures.
  • Work closely with Medical Information Responsible and pharmacovigilance teams to ensure compliance with quality monitoring and GxP knowledge.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive the success of our patient support programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a team management or project management capacity.
  • Prior experience in Patient Support Programs, Pharmacovigilance, and/or Medical Information is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
