Job Title: HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner)

As a key member of the Human Resources team at Aspire Recruitment Solutions, the HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth implementation of HR strategies and policies. This role involves providing HR guidance and support across departments, helping to develop a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with department managers to understand their HR needs and provide tailored HR support.
  • Lead the recruitment process for various roles, including developing job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Support employee performance management processes, helping managers set goals, review performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Address employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Implement training and development initiatives to support employee growth and align with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies, offering legal and HR advice as necessary.
  • Analyze HR data and provide regular reports to senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Promote employee engagement through team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and open communication channels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, particularly in HR business partnering or coordination.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, particularly in Mexico.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with HR software and data analysis tools.
