About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our Obesity Sales Team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Obesity Sales Team nationwide, ensuring performance management and professional development.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales objectives and drive product sales growth in the Obesity market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support to the sales team and drive business results.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs and external partners.
  • Manage sales budget and make strategic investments to maximize profitability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
