Requirements
- First-class relationship skills to interact at all levels.
- Previous leadership experience managing teams of 5+ with a strong track record of developing talent.
- Excellent performance management of large teams spread geographically.
- Strong influencing skills, interpersonal skills, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- People management experience and focus on developing talent.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree required in Psychology or Human Resources preferably.
