- US Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of US Market for Settlements and Collateral, Stock Borrowing and Lending Operations.
- Tri-Party and Bi-Lateral Processes: Familiarity and knowledge of Tri-Party and Bi-Lateral Processes.
- Virtual Team Environment: Ability to work in a virtual team environment, supporting multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Operations Risk and Control: Strong awareness and appreciation of operations risk and control and exception management.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage local and international relationships across the organization.
- Business or Finance Degree: A degree in Business or Finance would be preferred.
- Investment Banking Experience: 3-5 years of investment banking experience would be recommended.
- People Management: Proven track record in people management and running global teams.
- Asian and European Markets: Understanding of Asian and European Markets for Settlements Operations.
- LEAN and 6 Sigma Methodologies: Firm understanding, supported by accreditation of LEAN and 6 Sigma methodologies.
- Equity Products: Strong understanding and knowledge of Equity products.
- Front to Back Trade Lifecycle: Able to demonstrate adequate understanding of front to back trade lifecycle process, stock lending product, operational risks, procedures, and controls.
