Senior Sales Representative

Zipdev is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Sales Representative to lead client acquisition efforts in the remote staffing industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the US remote staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new clients in the US remote staffing market, focusing on mid-sized to enterprise-level companies across various industries.
- Utilize your industry knowledge and existing relationships to generate high-quality leads and build a robust client portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets, driving significant revenue growth for Zipdev through remote staffing solutions.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, new client acquisition, and market insights.
- Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and expand your network.
- 5-7 years of sales experience in recruitment or a related industry, with a strong focus on client acquisition.
- Proven history of scaling sales in both small and large companies, with demonstrable revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision, hitting the ground running.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and build long-term relationships.
- Willingness to travel both within Mexico and to the US as required.
- Goal-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid tourist Visa to travel to the US.
- Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
- Vacation: 10 business days a year
- Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
- Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Zipdev Day)
