  • Provide hands-on support to employees, guiding them through the transition and addressing concerns in real time
  • Drive the hands-on execution of change initiatives, taking responsibility for their timely and successful delivery
  • Coordinate directly with project managers to ensure that change management activities are integrated into overall project planning and execution
