About the Role

Sanmina is seeking an exceptional Account Management professional to spearhead the sales account management team.

As an Account Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, making key staffing decisions, and driving performance management. You will also be in charge of establishing the sales strategy for the team and fostering relationships with existing accounts or groups of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct account teams to optimize relationships, focusing on sales strategy, sales support, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, identifying areas for improvement and necessary changes.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand existing accounts and relationships.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be comfortable with making key decisions.
