The position involves establishing and growing RUCKUS business with assigned Service Provider accounts in a specified CALA region territory. Collaborate closely with the sales team to increase revenue, customer base, and market share within defined groups of accounts and/or vertical markets.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our RUCKUS team, based in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow RUCKUS presence within existing and new customers in the specified territory.
- Grow incremental revenue through sales initiatives in the territory.
- Deliver periodic forecasts and pipeline updates to the RUCKUS sales management team.
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns and activities throughout the territory.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Planning Sessions with the sales team and strategic partners.
- Identify opportunities for new business and expansion into untapped markets.
- Develop Account Plans for large critical accounts where RUCKUS will derive recurrent business.
Required Qualifications:
To be considered, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years or more of in-person selling experience, including at least 5 years with Wi-Fi and LAN enterprise-grade technologies.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience selling to and building relationships with Service Providers in Mexico.
