Client Relationship Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Associate to join our team at Hsbc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Relationship Managers in the administration of a group of blue chip large corporate global client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate credit ratings, reserves, WWM classification, security enhancements/perfection, terms and conditions &covenants of the loan portfolio.
- Execute loan disbursements and principal interest payments.
- Keep financial highlights and industry performance updated quarterly and report any concerns.
- Keep credit files updated and complete and request corresponding missing information to clients.
- Support the RM on day-to-day activities including preparation of pipeline file, coordination with product partners and ensure data and call reports are accurately and timely updated.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and product specialists, to deliver exceptional standards and quality of service.
- Ensure all CDD (Customer Due Diligence) and associated activities are completed on time. New KYC onboardings & periodic reviews.
- Resolve any/all identified issues promptly, and escalate concerns to management as appropriate to ensure timely awareness of any material concerns.
- Protect sensitive customer and bank information by ensuring documents, computers, files, and all confidential matters are appropriately handled as set forth by policy.
- Provide active feedback to seniors on process, operations, risks etc and make recommendations as to how these can be changed to secure the customer and the bank.
- Keep abreast of external factors influencing international business e.g. economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor ́s Degree in Business related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- English: Advanced.
- Full-time job experience or internship.
- General knowledge of finance and financial statements.
- Excellent time management, planning and organization skill.
- Ability to interact with business customers at all levels.
- Energetic, self-motivated and results oriented.
