Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Advisor to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising and managing customer accounts to achieve sell-in/sell-out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish sell-in/sell-out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets.

• Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship.

• Develop business opportunities to support company growth.

• Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related courses.

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the tire and/or retail market.

• Excellent sales and marketing skills, with a target-focused and planning development approach.

• Strong business acumen, teamwork skills, and ability to balance customer-oriented and results-driven approaches.
