Job Title: Business Development Manager

QIMA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Knowledge of the product testing, inspection, and audit industry
