We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Central America and the Caribbean. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in this region.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in Central America and the Caribbean.
- Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Solution Development: Develop and present solution proposals to customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals with customers and partners to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Strategic Alignment: Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong business development and sales leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
