Job Summary
The British American Tobacco Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Performance Executive to join our team in Monterrey. As a key member of our Digital Business Solutions function, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead deliverables for corresponding categories, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Understand our brands, competitive brands, and key category trends, identifying main market levers to our brands' performance and success.
- Provide detailed analyses of performance across key sales metrics (STW, STR, RSD, Marlin) to identify key trends and drivers.
- Develop and present executive-level analyses and presentations for director-level partners, both locally and globally.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including forecasting, brand teams, growth management, insights, planning and deployment, and trade marketing.
- Work closely with the S&OP process, leveraging data analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial/market analysis or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality insights and analyses.
- Experience with data analysis, business reporting, and business intelligence tools (Microstrategy or similar).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration.
