About the Role

The Commercial Strategy and Incentives Supervisor will play a key role in driving the profitability growth of the Business by developing and improving effective commercial strategies and products aligned to GMM and GMF sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product and Commercial Strategy Leadership to develop new products and services that provide differentiated solutions to customers.
  • Partner with GMM to develop strategic products by providing real-time competitive and market analytics.
  • Work jointly with GMF core areas to develop commercial and profitable products, as well as commercial strategies and offers.
  • Assist in the development of new and existing products performance analysis tools and dashboards.
  • Support validation routines regarding Product & Commercial Offer uploaded into the Operational Systems.
  • Assist in the development of strategic and analytical reports.
  • Synthesize research and analyses to develop concise and effective presentations to communicate new products/commercial offers and strategies to the rest of the Company, dealerships and GMF and GMM teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or similar.
  • Desirable: Master in Business, Marketing or Finance.
  • Fluent in both English & Spanish.
  • At least +3 years of experience in products, new product development and/or commercial strategies areas or similar.
  • Preferred experience in leading and/or coaching employees.
  • Preferred product and commercial strategies development experience.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • High analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with very short timelines/deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to present technical information clearly and accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Results-orientation with an ability to execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Able to oversee management of projects from start to finish.
  • Negotiation skills to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Servicing design skills with customer experience oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook).
