As a Commercial Executive - Hematology, you will be responsible for promoting our hematology assets in assigned territories, executing business plans established by the Country Value Team (CVT). Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets and key business metrics through sales activities, identifying market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities to maximize sales in your territory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Patient Journey Management
Responsible for the complete patient journey, leveraging internal and external networks to ensure our treatment is available for patients.
Sales and Administration
Responsible for achieving sales targets and administering the healthcare professional (HCP) panel.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Collaborate with colleagues, market access, and medical affairs to:
- Understand the patient journey from diagnosis, treatment, and access.
- Identify opportunities, hurdles, and develop a plan with the MACm and CVT.
- Visit healthcare professionals (HCPs) according to local policies, implementing an omnichannel strategy to deliver value and innovative solutions.
Performance Metrics
Achieve Field Force Effectiveness metrics according to KPIs defined, distribute, execute, and control local micro-marketing budget, focusing on activities that add the most value to the product.
Communication and Compliance
Give follow-up and timely answers to external customers' needs and agreements, ensuring compliance with HCC policies.
Requirements:
Education: Licenciatura
Preferred Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles
Language Skills: English (Intermediate) & Spanish
Valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience are required for this position, as a Company Car will be provided as a working tool.
