Key Account Executive Role Summary
Kellanova is seeking a skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our Sales team. As a trusted advisor to key retail clients, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales budget, plan and execute Commercial Calendar Strategies including promotions and sales plans to boost Kellanova presence and market share.
- Manage accounts and foster strong relationships to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities and drive sales revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Sales Operations teams to implement and track promotions and other key initiatives to drive sales.
- Analyze data, market trends and customer feedback to generate reports to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Commercial and/or administrative field.
- 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales or a similar role in the FMCG industry with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
- Intermediate English level.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
