Job Summary:

Diageo México is one of the most promising markets in Latin America. As an On Trade Executive, you will be responsible for executing platforms with excellence, understanding the importance of attention to detail in impacting consumers, and adapting brand platforms to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute platforms with precision, understanding the relevance of attention to detail in impacting consumers.
  • Understand client needs (Insights), know what affects their results, and how Diageo can help them grow sustainably.
  • Adapt brand platforms to clients, finding solutions to keep the brand present in the consumer's center.
  • Medium-level oratory skills to train bartenders, have business conversations with clients, and sell projects internally.
  • Analyze market trends, understand consumer behavior, and how our plans can impact the market.
  • Rapidly adapt to Diageo's sales methods, structured visits, persuasive sales, and technology use.
  • Open to technology, understanding that controls ensure we do business correctly (Compliance).
  • Vocational service, work, and discipline that generate credibility with clients, making a difference in the On Trade.
  • Responsible for managing resources correctly.
  • Ethics to comply with our marketing and conduct codes, clear awareness of responsible consumption (being an example of compliance).

Top 3-5 Accountabilities:

  • Manage, control, and optimize commercial budgets for each brand.
  • Understand brand strategies and execute them in CDCs with excellence and consistency.
  • Create value for Diageo, the client, and the consumer.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • University degree completed.
  • English: 60%.
  • Computer skills: advanced Office (Excel, PowerPoint) management.
