Key Responsibilities- Identify and prioritize new opportunities to accelerate growth and drive process improvements for FBA.
- Develop a deep understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in FBA operations, both domestically and internationally.
- Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential sellers to pilot initiatives.
- Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review operations and business metrics, and establish processes to ensure goals are met.
- Operate autonomously, drive forecasts, and handle escalations.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with non-tech teams
- Intermediate-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and data analysis
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
