About the Role

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the Seller Experience processes, products, and operations in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, process improvements, and strategic initiatives that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities to accelerate growth and drive process improvements for FBA.
  • Develop a deep understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in FBA operations, both domestically and internationally.
  • Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential sellers to pilot initiatives.
  • Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review operations and business metrics, and establish processes to ensure goals are met.
  • Operate autonomously, drive forecasts, and handle escalations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with non-tech teams
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and data analysis
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
