Purchasing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement efforts and ensure the timely delivery of quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in purchasing or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
- Manage and analyze budgets to ensure cost savings and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
Requirements:
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in purchasing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
