Job Title: Technology Support Analyst

The Trevor Project is seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Analyst to join our remote team. As a key member of our 24/7 support team, you will provide world-class technical support to our staff, volunteers, and users of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support to staff, volunteers, and users of our services.
  2. Draft knowledge articles for new and resolved issues.
  3. Support during onboardings and offboardings, ensuring equipment is accounted for.
  4. Provide preliminary diagnosis and triaging for technical incidents.
  5. Execute the complete problem-solving process, from isolation to resolution.
  6. Support and train users during the deployment of new technologies or features.
  7. Communicate with team and stakeholders during incidents.
  8. Occasionally translate documentation and deliver training orientations.
  9. Complete individual tasks as part of larger technology projects.
Requirements:
  1. Experience working in a technology helpdesk role.
  2. MacOS, Salesforce, and Google Workspace experience for at least 1 year.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
