We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Quaker team As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth strategies and brand commercial agenda for Quaker business.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional alignment and gain project/commercial support. In addition, they will have a solid understanding of commercial/ marketing/sales/supply chain principles and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for learning and development, internal digital platforms, recognition programs, financial wellness programs, flexibility programs, and benefits for your family.

In this role, you will work closely with the US stakeholder (Brand Director) to partner with all functions at multiple levels to deliver end-to-end execution for innovation and program activation. You will lead the commercial activation and integration of Playbook programming with brand partners, create accurate and timely sell sheets, manage end-to-end execution of specific initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timelines and set up initiatives for in-market success.

Responsibilities include:
