Strategic Business Development Manager

Edgewell Personal Care Brands is a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands, including Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Playtex, Carefree, and Bulldog Skincare.
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in Mexico. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, planning, and developing current and new regional accounts/partners for Custom Brands in Latin America.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the consumer goods/retail industry. Fluency in English conversation and written communication is required, as well as good numeric ability and the ability to engage at the leadership level in business benefits discussions.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to build rapport with key clients, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts. Additionally, they will be able to work autonomously and integrate as part of a remote team.
As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating client relationship opportunities, such as project proposals, budgeting, service contracts, and work orders. You will also enhance current accounts and business opportunities by working with regional resources.
This role requires ensuring compliance with sales objectives and key accounts management in accordance with the company's strategic guidelines. A healthy financial account management is also essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus attractive benefits, including a hybrid modality (2 days on-site) and a permanent, full-time position.
