About the Job
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support for all IAM topics across various business areas. This includes translating business requirements into authorization concepts, based on existing regulations and system landscapes.
Your Responsibilities
- As an IAM Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing specific, worldwide, and self-dependent support for business areas and translating business requirements into authorization concepts.
- You will develop and implement authorization concepts in the area of Identity and Access Management, ensuring data quality and compliance with security policies.
- Additionally, you will create training materials and conduct trainings for end-users and other user groups on IAM systems.
- You will also manage identities, accounts, passwords, groups/roles, and their assignments in all relevant areas, technologies, and system landscapes.
- Apart from these responsibilities, you will lead sub-projects or collaborate in projects within the IAM area.
Your Profile
- We are looking for a graduate degree holder or equivalent education in Information Security or Computer Science.
- Experience with IAM tasks in IAM systems like Active Directory, Azure Directory, LDAP systems is beneficial.
- You should have strong understanding of IAM concepts and ability to translate business issues into technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills are essential for this role, along with fluency in English and German language skills being a plus.
- Able to work independently in a matrix organization, pleasure in working with agile and international teams.
