Salesforce Omni-Channel Strategist

NexInfo, a leading consulting company, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive Operational Excellence through Business Process and Software Consulting Services.
The Role
- Develop and implement omni-channel strategies using Salesforce to enhance customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Omni-Channel features to improve service workflows and customer support.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified customer journey.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to refine engagement strategies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other communication platforms.
- Resolve issues with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality and provide detailed documentation.
Ideal Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Change Management, or Software Engineering.
- Adaptable and goal-driven, with strong analytical skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable with numerical data and willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
