NexInfo, a leading consulting company, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive Operational Excellence through Business Process and Software Consulting Services.

The Role

  • Develop and implement omni-channel strategies using Salesforce to enhance customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Omni-Channel features to improve service workflows and customer support.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified customer journey.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to refine engagement strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other communication platforms.
  • Resolve issues with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality and provide detailed documentation.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Change Management, or Software Engineering.
  • Adaptable and goal-driven, with strong analytical skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable with numerical data and willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
