The Media Manager - Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team of media planners and collaborating with the Account Director to ensure the team's success. This role requires a strong understanding of client objectives and agency trading implications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage team members to deliver their individual personal growth targets and ensure they understand and can deliver against client key performance indicators/targets.
- Quality Control: Oversee output from the team, providing quality control on any documents produced by the team.
- Trading Implications: Understand the trading implications of planning decisions to ensure agency and client objectives are delivered.
- Support to Account Director: Support the Account Director to ensure client and business priorities are filtered through to the team.
