Key Responsibilities

Are you passionate about planning and scheduling within a dynamic manufacturing setting? If you possess strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach, you may be the Master Scheduler we seek at Faurecia.

In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction by balancing the activities on the production floor while maintaining minimal stock levels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs.
  • Establishing and overseeing the master production schedule.
  • Preparing and executing sales and operations planning.
  • Managing inventory levels, including pool and safety stocks.
  • Monitoring delivery performance metrics.

You will also work closely with both internal teams and external partners to optimize resources and processes, proactively addressing any challenges related to engineering or product mix changes.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.

Professional Experience:

Relevant experience in production within an industrial context. Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are preferred.

Essential Skills:

Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in managing delivery performance and customer backlog. Ability to follow up on alerts and resolve issues effectively. Understanding of cost management related to production decisions. Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting.
