Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Are you passionate about planning and scheduling within a dynamic manufacturing setting? If you possess strong customer focus and analytical skills, you may be the Master Scheduler we seek at Forvia.

In the role of Master Scheduler, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by balancing the activities on the production floor while maintaining minimal stock levels. You will be tasked with effective communication with customers, establishing and overseeing the master production schedule, preparing and executing sales and operations planning, managing inventory levels, and monitoring delivery performance.

Additionally, you will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources and processes, while proactively addressing any challenges related to engineering or product mix changes.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.

Professional Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering Experience in production within an industrial context Bilingual proficiency (English required)

Skills and competencies:

Strong analytical and negotiation abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proven capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines Delivery performance metrics: customer MPM, Customer Backlog, Alert management: number of alerts raised, effectiveness of resolutions, time taken to resolve... Cost efficiency: Premium freight costs linked to improper PDP decisions, Inventory management: Pool stock sizing, TPA sizing, Gap to Finished goods inventory budget #LI-Onsite
